1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the MotorIndex platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including dealership owners, staff members, and any visitors to the motorindex.in website.

2. Description of Service

MotorIndex provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for used car dealer management, including inventory management, RC verification, lead CRM, sales tracking, expense management, reporting, and related features. MotorIndex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice to active subscribers.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Subscription & Payment

MotorIndex offers monthly subscription plans as described on our pricing page. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST. Payments are due at the beginning of each billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time: cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period with no further charges. Refunds are not provided for partial months.

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you upload or enter into the MotorIndex platform, including vehicle inventory, customer records, sales data, and expense entries. MotorIndex does not claim any ownership rights over your data. Upon cancellation, you may export all your data in standard formats.

6. Limitation of Liability

MotorIndex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us during the 12 months preceding the claim.
